The purpose of the WSN Safety Group Business Plan is to give its’ members an outline of proposed communication methods to participating firms, health and safety partners and the WSIB. It gives a brief history of the organization and services currently being provided to workplaces. Also it has a Mission Statement outlining the sponsors’ intent to promote workplace health and safety programs and administer the safety group. The business plan provides marketing plans for recruiting firms within a defined target market. Implementation of a plan for the workplace assessment processes. This is a statement of commitment to keep privileged employer information confidential along with how to proceed with a dispute resolution procedure. It provides detailed steps from 1 to 5 year firms to the group’s senior firms at various levels of how to proceed with the program requirements that are laid out in the Employers Guidelines.
